How We Clean Your Wedding Dress
All dresses are carefully inspected upon receipt to search out any marks or small damage. Based on the fibre content of the dress, our experts select the correct cleaning method; Aqueous process, Perchloroethylene or Green Earth. After cleaning, the dress is again carefully examined so that your satisfaction is assured. Experienced staff then steam finish your dress to perfection

The cleaned dress is delivered back to your home wrapped in layers of acid-free tissue paper and beautifully presented in a ph-neutral storage box. Included in the cost of cleaning your dress is a collection and delivery service using our own vans and courteous, professional drivers.

We will arrange for the dress to be collected on the agreed date and time between 9:00a.m. and 5:00p.m. Your cleaned dress will be returned on the arranged date at the agreed time between 9:00a.m. and 5:00p.m. Our usual processing time is 3 weeks. However, if your request is urgent please specify at the time of order.
