Our prices are based on the value of your dress at the time of the order. It is important that you advise us accurately as in the unlikely event of loss or damage, the correct amount of compensation may not be paid.

It may not be possible to remove every mark from your dress and as a reputable company, we would not make a claim that we could. Further, if your dress has beads and/or sequins, we have to rely on the quality of the manufacturer. However in all cases, we assure you that we will always do our best to achieve the best possible results for your satisfaction.
